"This place is a secret migrant shelter illegal mopeds with no licenses parked outside on Coney Island. Migrants out till late hours at night sitting around on their mopeds along with their children playing till late hours. It appeared to me passing by that they appointed two adults to watch children ages 5-10 as they play outside on the corner at 10 pm at night probably because their parents are out doing deliveries on mopeds."

"We were having a decent stay at this Best Western hotel but suddenly the staff told us that the hotel was becoming a temporary refugee center so we were relocated in another property. It's a real shame because we booked for much more days and in advance, but nobody told us anything at check-in or before the arrival of the new "guests". They don't seem to be very serious people. It was barely impossible to speak in English with one of the employees at the front desk. The TV reception was awful, the phone in the room didn't work and the halways were always noisy. They have a lot to improve, starting from the staff and the housekeeping."

"I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel in Brooklyn for three days and overall, I had a decent experience. The hotel is perfectly located for a quick tour of Brooklyn and there are plenty of local street parking options nearby if you're willing to look for them. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, I did notice that the walls were quite thin, and I could often hear noises from the neighboring rooms. This may be a concern for light sleepers or those looking for a more peaceful stay. One few small issues I encountered. One was with the pillows. The hotel provides normal pillows, but they are packaged and placed on the bed, which means you have to unpack them yourself. While this is a minor inconvenience, it could be a hassle for some guests. Second the wifi, while free, is spotty and is not protected which could be a concern to patrons. Overall, the Best Western Plus hotel in Brooklyn is a decent option for those looking for a conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced accommodation. While there are some minor drawbacks such as thin walls and unpacking pillows, I still believe it offers good value for money."

"I had a solid stay here. Nice front desk staff, but a lack with the housekeeping.. Environment/ Design of room: Room was ok design wise, not much to say about it. It had a large TV inside. Unfortunately the picture quality was very bad. 3 stars Front desk: Very nice staff. Those guys were always trying to make my stay be as comfortable as can be. 5 stars for the friendly front desk staff. Room size: The room was so small, I couldn’t even leave my open suitcase anywhere without playing Tetris. Also I could barely sit on the chair, as there was almost no space between the oversized bed and the table. 2 stars for a way to small room. Condition of the room: Looks like this hotel has not been open for many years. The room didn’t look too old here. Taking a closer look, there were some run down spots inside the room, but that was only details. 4 stars on this one Cleanliness: Good at first look, not good looking closer. As always, I look into the details, especially in the bathroom. Here it didn’t take me very long to spot out some hair and dust. This is not supposed to happen. Bed was clean tho. Housekeeping forgot to make up my room even though I put up my sign outside early in the morning when leaving. 2 stars for the housekeeping Comfort of sleep: Very good. Mattress as well as the pillows were real comfortable, marking me have a good sleep. Even though walls are thin, I didn’t have a problem to catch sleep here. 4 stars Parking: They have no hotel parking here. You gotta find a parking spot in the surrounding area. 1 star All together it was a solid experience here. I count 21 stars in 7 categories, so that’s a three star rating. I can and do recommend this place for short term stays (1-3 days)."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The staff here is very warm and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Monica at the front desk was always welcoming of any query and was very helpful in helping us with a late checkout. The team did not crib about extending our hours of checkout and gladly extending the time to help us checkout comfortably. The rooms were comfortable and the property was clean. It has the right amount of furniture including a desk for doing office work. The temperature was maintained well inside the rooms and the water was hot which was very welcome with the chilling weather outside. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel as a budget option considering its hospitality and great staff."
