"Garbage hotel, they love robbing you for your $, you can't even have a guest without them providing I.D room to tight as well. So much cigarette smell everywhere in the building. These Albanians that work at front desk love to Rob you blind."

"Take a moment to read this review. I booked last minute through a 3rd part site for NYE weekend. My check in was at 3pm I called a few hours early and asked if early check in was available. The lady on the phone told me it would’ve been an extra $75 to check in at that point. I stopped in around 230. She told me I could wait the half hour or pay $25 for early check in. I decided to pay and not wait. Come to find out they only take the early check in payment as cash only and no cards. When I paid in cash I asked for a receipt and she told me because I paid on a 3rd party site and she couldn’t print me a receipt. So I’m pretty sure they’re just pocketing the early check in fee(nothing states a fee on their website). Parking lot was small but not a huge problem. The building behind the parking lot is a nightclub so if your room is facing the parking lot you can hear the bass all night. Other people staying on the floor were loud all throughout the night. I talked to the guy at the desk, he said he would talk to them. Nothing ever changed. Room was clean. Hot water stayed hot. Would stay again but it would not be my first choice."

"DON’T DO IT! Our room was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. As soon as you walk into the room you will get a headache from the disturbing smells. The room and bed were not clean and we were very nervous to even touch the bed. The walls are extremely thin to the point you could essentially hear the person across the hall breathe. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night from the sound of pounding coming from above and our neighbors’ rooms. We believe an escort rented the room across from us as a man pounded on the door in the middle of the night and demanded more money if they stayed any longer. In the morning we were excited to shower to get the cig smell off our body, but realized that there was no hot water. It was so bad we decided to find a different place to stay for the rest of our trip."

"I rarely put reviews, but I will do it for this one and I would give a 0 star if I could. You may find the price or location attractive, but this hotel is not worth your time and money. They are highly disorganized and unhelpful. If you ever have any questions, be prepared to get ping-ponged around to different people at different times (ie. "I don't know, you'll have to ask XXX who works in the morning"). Their checkout process is also extremely sketchy. We checked out a couple days early due to an emergency medical issue and the hotel never put it in their system that we checked out, even though we told the front desk and handed them our keycard. We got on the phone with Expedia (where we booked them from), who got in touch with the hotel. The hotel INSISTED that we checked out normally on the originally scheduled check-out date, which is literally not possible as we were already as far away from this place as possible. When we pushed for their security footage to show them them that their system is wrong, they said "I do not have access to that" - remember what I said about getting ping-ponged around? Avoid this place. Find someplace else. Trust me. They don’t care about their customers. No honesty, no respect. They just want to do one-time business. Just avoid and spend your money at somewhere else better."

"Location is great for getting around the city with the subway station just a walk away. Room could use a better TV and thicker walls, but it was good for a place to crash. Would recommend if you’re coming here for a quick visit."
