I had to install a TV into Concrete and after trying it my way (unsuccessfully) I just took their advice and used the Toggler alligator bolts which were so much easier and caused me a lot less headache. I must have come in 6 times that day annoying them and they were smiling and helpful every time. Thank you guys so much, the TV is up and is in the wall solidly! Don't bother going to Home Depot, whatever the extra cost is is worth 5 times as much in terms of their helpfulness and knowledge."

After multiple attempts to figure it out myself and going to several Home Depot’s and hardware stores, but failing; Frank was able to identify the problem and get me the right parts immediately. Very professional without making you feel like you know nothing, even though you probably don’t because plumbing isn’t always that easy."
