"solid hardware store in the StuyTown area. my local hardware spot didn’t have what i needed so i headed to this Ace Hardware. a staffer helped me get to the stuff i needed. the store is crammed with items. it’s pretty clean and organized. prices feel high here but it’s NYC so what are you going to do. this store won’t turn you into a Mr. Fixit but it will serve your normal New York City dweller needs."

"No helpful people working In this store. I asked a question about item website said was at H Brickman & Sons store and got really chewed out by one of the store employees. When I said I didn't deserve that, he verbally abused me again. All quite unnecessary nasty treatment of a customer. No point in ever giving this overpriced store any business even if you are desperate . Make the trip over to Home Depot. ."
