"The store is conveniently located to my apartment, but these days, as long as I have time, I make it a point to shop elsewhere. Another bad experience today. Things are priced one way in the store, and then they ring up differently at the register. When you question the cashier about it, they're unwilling to acknowledge the correct price. This has happened consistently the last five times I've tried to buy something here. Used to be one of the best hardware stores in the neighborhood. No longer."

"I didn't get his name but he really helped me. I needed a certain screw and bolt and he found out the size. They are very organized in the store. After not being able to find the exact screw he did find a good replacement. Screw uses an allen screw n now it's a Phillips screw. Thank you. I should've taken the pic of the new one but I forgot and it's already on and being used. I took a pic of the old one that broke in half. So it's a M5 50mm. Luckily I went and didn't order it from Amazon. I was going to get the M6."
