"I called ahead of time for a specific paint and when they said they could mix it, I told them I’d be by later in the afternoon to pick it up. I walk in a little after 4:00 only to be told the paint machine is off and I have to come back tomorrow. I get it. They were closing in a half hour but I expect to be told the paint machine has an earlier close time the same as when a restaurant tells you the kitchen closes when you’re asking for a later reservation. I would have never hauled myself all the way there otherwise. Thankful Janovic up the street was able to help me right before they closed."
