"It is not true that they are rude!! These guys are GREAT! Very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is an institution in NYC, if you want rude, go to Simon's and get ripped off while you are at it! Kessler is a lower east side institution. Its historic NYC which is rapidly disappearing. Go there and buy some cabinet hardware or sliding door hardware and check it out. The place is a museum it should be landmarked."
