"Horrible!! I'm not sure why SSEU Local 371 would even refer members here!! I am currently here 9/22. When I made the appointment, I was given the appointment time of 1:00. When the receptionist called to confirm my appointment, she said the appointment was 1:00. I leave my job, get here 12:30. When I get here, they tell me my appointment is not until 1:30, that the appointment is in their system for 1:30, then proceed to keep me waiting...it is now 2:07 and I am told there is still one person ahead of me...IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS ENTERED INTO YOUR SYSTEM WRONG, THAT IS NOT MY FAULT!! I SHOULD NOT BE SITTING HERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL BE LETTING LOCAL 371 KNOW THE WAY PAYING MEMBERS ARE TREATED. 1 star because I could not leave thus review without giving at least 1 star."
