"I would suggest not ordering from here very poor customer service most places you order you get it within 2 wks at the most here well don't expect too much. I ordered over $200 worth of items over 3 wks ago and still haven't seen a thing. I will start reading reviews though because this place doesn't have good ones. I'm an idiot. I won't be next time! "I wish I could give NO stars. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have written 4 emails to have my ordered returned and have called and never got an answer back. I placed an order on 11/16/19. My order did not get to me until 12/20/19. I knew it would be long because I had a pre ordered item but didn't know it would take 4 weeks. When I got the 2 shirts, they were nothing like the shirts pictured on Instagram and the website advertising the shirts. I have previously ordered in 2018 and never had a problem but this order was terrible. Wouldn't recommend. All I wanted what to return the items and get my money back but that's hard to do when the boutique won't answer your emails or phone calls!!!"
