"Has anyone else been concerned about applying because of the poor communication and extremely long wait process? I certainly am. I find myself starting over without a spouse, disabled, and unable to climb stairs. I was excited when a friend said she saw this complex while driving but another downside is I see no mention for those with disabilities on the website. I do Pray Riverside Station is doing better respectfully with protentional client funds and attending to their needs. Many of the reviews remind me of a renter beware warning."

"I’ve been living here since 2/10. It was a bit of a lengthy process, first applied 12/19, and didn’t get approved til 1/30. However, they still worked with me and gave me until the 15th to get all my funds together. I love my place, it’s a very modern feel, up to date appliances / cabinets / and flooring . I can’t wait to get more familiar with the amenities ."

"I understand the other reviews, they are pretty hard to get a hold of. I moved in the beginning of this week and my apartment is gorgeous, well put together, and once you're in - the staff is very friendly. It is a brand new complex that is still being built which is why they have poor communication. I will admit I was frustrated myself but I had more luck making time to go in person. I appreciate the staff and love my apartment and the amenities."
