Days Inn by Wyndham Norfolk Airport

"Sooo for staters I didn't realize how disgusting the rooms were until I found toe nails on my bathroom towels.. then I noticed boogers on the walls in the bathroom as I've shown in the pics last time i was here.i noticed bugs that didnt quite look like roaches maybe bedbugs!!... I guess the worst part is that I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty.. she stood there with very smug look on her as face I could clearly tell she didn't give dam.. she was just didn't want to issue a refund.. SHE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME CALL.THE BOOKING AGENCY TO INITIATE THE REFUND.. I CALL AGODA.. AGODA CALLS THE MANAGER AND SHE DENIED THE REFUND Found out it was a different hotel tho... but all in all I was extremely disappointed"

"Clean no bedbugs and friendly. Doesn't smell like cigarettes. Recently painted. Helpful kind staff who are efficient at their job. You can't beat it at this price point."

"Rooms are dirty not clean properly doors don’t shut fully SAFETY HAZARD Towels have hair on them I walked passed the laundry room a lady had multiple kids in there and it was it looked so run down. My roof was leaking. Mold on my shower curtain. Hair in fridge!!!! These people know there hotel has problems yet there being so cheap and not wanting to repair anything!"

"Usually do not write reviews but for the sake that my child was with me here I go. Front desk was okay the older lady with the glasses is always so welcoming. But, I was surprised by the young girl having a full blown conversation while checking me in. I asked for a clean room. Once I got there, rose pedals under the dresser in obvious places. Lots of hair every where. Major sign no one was there to clean at all. A piece of the sink was on the board of the sink and let me not mention the half of roll of toilet paper left on the roll. If servicing people and making sure the property is up to par for the next person/families coming in is so much of hard work I would recommend another job. I was highly disappointed…… leaving it off to a half way good note I did not see any bugs."

"Zero stars. Horrible and never again coming here. Looks like someone trying to break the door down. Holes in the blankets. There is dust everywhere. Mold in the shower and on the curtains. There is stain everywhere. No remote for the TV. The pool is missing wall on the side. The toilet was constantly running. Bugs. We tired to stay somewhere else but it was sold out and had no rooms. The front lady nice. The only nice thing to say."
