"Let me first start off by saying the location is great! That’s about it for this hotel. I stayed for 4 days and 3 night. I wasn’t comfortable staying in this hotel after I saw a roach. When I opened the fridge it just fell from somewhere. Then I saw a baby one on the table, in the shower and one crawling on the floor. I kept EVERYTHING in the bag. I slept with the lights on because. I didn’t want them all coming out. The towels were dirty and smelly once wet. I bring my own from home. I used theirs to step on in the shower and floor. The fridge wasn’t cold AT ALL .. so don’t think you’re going to keep food in it. Well especially with roaches fallen out of it. One of the windows look like a bullet went through it. The pillowcases wasn’t the cleanest looking. I kept my shoes in a plastic bag so roaches didn’t get in them. I also kept my bag on top of this leather chair that I wiped down with Clorox wipes. The maintenance man looks confused at what to do about issues. They keep the clean towels in this hole in the wall closest where it’s open to bugs and everything else to get on them. I even brought my own blanket from home. Soon as I got home I washed EVERYTHING I don’t wanna bring roaches back to my place. If you wanna sleep uncomfortable wrapped in a blanket so roaches don’t crawl on you. That’s your choice. For me it’s a NEVER AGAIN. I didn’t leave because I didn’t want to lose my money also I wasn’t in my room the entire time. I would give this place a big fat 0 , but you have to rate it to leave a review."

"Absolutely horrendous. Staying in town for work and looked for a cheap room. Room was trashed upon check in. Dirty towels, cigarette ash everywhere, a random knife on the table. Some chick tried to get in my room on my first day and argued with me that her was her room. Had a key and everything luckily I had the dealbolt locked. Then as soon as it got dark the roaches came out. I woulda ignored everything but I'm not taking roaches home. I had a 4 night stay and bounced first thing morning after my first night. Now hotel is fighting giving my money back. Makes sense since the hotel is deplorable and they probably can't get money by ppl actually staying here unless it's by the hour. Avoid at all costs. The funny thing is the cancellation policy clearly states if you leave early just pay for first night."

"The front desk lady told us during booking that coffee and juice is available each morning. Turns out it's a lie. It's only available on weekends. I don't mind not having breakfast at a hotel but I don't appreciate being lied to."

"DO NOT STAY HERE Let me preface by saying I don’t ever leave reviews. But you should NOT stay here. Upon arrival, there was no power due to maintenance issue. When we left and returned back to our room, the toilet was clogged and the refrigerator did not work. We waited 4 hours for the front desk to bring us a plunger as that was their only help they could provide. After asking again, they said it would be fixed in the morning. 10 am rolls around and they said they cannot fix the toilet for us, and would not give us a new room. We asked for a refund and they took our only key and said no refunds. The shower had no hot water, and one of the bed frames was broken and the mattress was sinking down. If you’re looking for something cheap, that’s fine, but do better than this because you won’t even get the bare minimum and essentials everyone deserves no matter what hotel/motel you stay in."
