"My husband and I stayed here in transition because of relocation, this was a late check in. The first room they gave us , both Televisions was broken so they gave us another room. The second room had roaches. The front desk said they would give us another room. We were very frustrated . We only stayed 3 nights and decided to stay in the room. We were just exhausted from moving and just wanted to rest. The breakfast and the service was good. The laundry facility was clean and the washer and dryer work well. But it was not free with the room."

"I don't know if you'd call what ocean view offers "charm" but whatever it is about the area, i really enjoyed it. bit of a diamond in the rough, surrounding area is kind of old school beach town vibe. looking forward to booking again next time im in town. free breakfast, beach access, no sweat parking. building a little aged but for the price its not bad"

"Pretty quick jaunt off the highway in a town that isn't easy to navigate. Rooms were seemingly in the process of remodel and were generally nice and clean. Whatever soap they use, amazing. Loved the smell and want some for myself, lol. The only complaint I would have is they need some sort of strip light along the bathroom transition; a mid-sleep pee cost me a little toe and perhaps the nail. It's not standard to have to step up into the bathroom. Other than that, nice little old school motor lodge type setup that will give you a nice place to sleep off the road, get up and enjoy the next day. Their amenities for pets are some of the best I've seen with fenced in, sodded area that was great for the fur babies."

"First, the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I’ve rarely seen a hotel staff so willing and eager to assist in all aspects of a stay. Can’t say enough about them all. Secondly, the rooms are dated and have a terrible smell. Not what we expected (based on the photos), nor what one should accept when paying for a beachfront room. I would recommend looking elsewhere for lodging if you don’t want your wife to question your sanity."

"RUN from this hotel!! The pictures shown on the booking site look much nicer than the actual rooms. We checked in, had two rooms booked and FILTHY is an understatement. The rooms are dated, the doors do not shut/lock well at all. The carpets are dirty, beds.. well, you would be better off sleeping on the floor. They are terrible. We went immediately to the front desk to ask for a refund and was told by one employee that we could check out the following day and only lose $175 per room- which we were 100% willing to do- but then the other employee standing next to her stated that we have to give 3 days' notice to cancel, so we would have paid 3 nights on each room- losing $1,300 total on both rooms. We have a young child, and I did not even want to put him down to crawl/walk the entire stay. The staff is not friendly, and upon leaving at 2 am to drive home the gentleman working at the front desk was standing outside smoking marijuana. I have called Best Western to let them also know what an EMBARRASSMENT this hotel is to their name, and we will NEVER stay at a Best Western again. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money on a much nicer room and hotel. You will regret staying here like we did."
