"This was my first apartment before having my son. And from the first day I walked in there were issues. Electrical, plumbing, toilet broke multiple times, bugs (pest control came once) moldy bathroom, pipe busted twice in 2 years and soaked my hallway carpet. Took them awhile to fix the first time with nothing to fry the carpet the second time was a little better but still a pain. And now 2 months later after I have moved out they are spinning around with more charges $505!!! To replace and dispose of carpet that was ALREADY OLD AND STAINED WHEN I MOVED IN. If you can stay away, plz don’t move there. I had 22 maintenance request in 2 years and none of that matters to these people at all. All they care about is themselves and their money. Do not live here."
