"My mom has lived here for a number of years, at one point management was decent then they got different people. The one girl in the office is just plain rude. The insurance company called to give verification of my moms insurance and she was rude to her. They spend more time posting documents on your door then actually doing work. My mom had a huge leak from the apt next door and they told her they would replace her carpet. Guess what never happened. The neighbors above her broke the Shutter off her window and poked a hole in the screen they had to be hounded to fix it. Trash is constantly piled by the trash cans, the mailboxes are all broken. It's just a mess. I can't wait to find her a new spot to live. If there is a number for corporate or the actual owner please contact me."

"I was just here staying with a friend for a few weeks mind you the security system does not work ..roaches climbing all over the individual living out there in the food the fridge everywhere people coming in and out all hours of the night jeopardizing peoples safety do not move here they do not care at all for the well being of the residents or their safety why should someone else get hurt over the neighbors poor decisions so rent at your own risk management doest care at all what you do in or on the property as long as you pay your rent"

"We’ve been living here for almost 2 years. It was the only place available at the time. It’s horrible. Day one our apartment wasn’t ready. They tried to move us into an apartment that was all torn up. Got moved to a different one. Now, roaches are everywhere. There’s a leak in our bathroom that they’ve know about for MONTHS. And “tried” to fix. I call, leave messages and they won’t pick up. I email. Nothing. The app they use for rent barely works and we pay by email notifications. Overall this place SUCKS, management needs to get a grip. Please for your sake, do not move here."

"This Apartment Complex needs to be fixed up and get a whole new one built. And 100% needs new management. The manager is rude and unprofessiinal. Ashton was great she honestly helped living there tolerable. Thank.you Ashton. But unfortunatley.the apartments are run down they have toilets with cracked vinyl flooring because the toilet constantly leakes causing your water bill to be well over 100 dollars. A month for a little 1 bedroom and single person. You only get scorching hot water in the kitchen sink no cold water.They have cockroach infestations no screens in their windows broken tile and ceramic towel holders chunks missing out of the actual sink. They fix nothing they give you a key to boken mailboxes that stay open and believe me you will never get your full deposit back. I hate to even give them 1 star but for my first aparent it was nasty had mold and all the other things wrong. If they changed some things and fixed it up it wouldnt be a bad place to live and their ratings would go up."

"I just wanted to take the time out to recognize Neirada and Ashton. I have been a tenant here for 6 years and by far Neirada and Ashton have been the best Property Managers that we have ever had here. EVER. They are both very friendly which is not something that I’m use to when going into the rent office. Any issues that I have had they get them resolved immediately. I just love the both of them. They are a dynamic team. I actually thought about leaving but I’m glad I decided to stay. The both of them together make you feel appreciated and they also treat the tenants with respect. Again I’ve been here for 6 years. The last 5-6 managers seemed very disgruntled all the time. I truly look forward to going into the rent office now knowing that they are willing to help as much as they can to resolve any issues. Two awesome ladies in the office now and I hope they stay longer than what the others did in the past. Great job ladies keep up the good work."
