"They do inspections every two weeks. God forbid you have a one blind panel that breaks at the end. They charge you $125 to replace it and add it on to next months rent. I love this place but it just seems like they’re in my apartment more than I am."

"Meadowood apartments is downright ghetto. The street is loud and people are yelling up and down it all the time, people sideswipe cars and key your cars all the time. You will always hear gunshots. The gates don’t work half the time, and random people who don’t live here always take parking spots. Literally do not waste your time here. Virginia Beach is your best bet. Your car will probably get broken into here or have some random knocking on your door."

"My husband and I really can't say enough good things about this complex. We have been here a year and 3 months and we are moving out today for a job in Washington. I can say that we are going to miss this place. It's the most homey apartment we have lived in and we have lived in a lot. Jeff is outstanding! He truely loves his job and it shows. He goes above and beyond and I feel like he is here all the time. Maintenance requests are fast, usually completed next day. They also keep you informed if they need to come back how long it will take. This place made it hard to choose our future apartment just because of how high the standards are here. I can only hope that are new apartment is just as good. If you choose to live here you won't regret it! Best apartment complex in the area hands down!"
