"Ingle side has been so helpful and patient with me and since I've been staying here and they work with you I'm sure .Mrs Keisha an Mrs Alana and the property manager have done everything I've asked of them and have been patient. The people complaining are the issue when all you have to do is explain to them what you need done and they will help. Thanks too the Ingle side team ."

"They need to update the apartments. They need to have air conditioners installed. Some people have to use 3 or more air conditioners unit to cool their place down which cost more money than having air conditioners already in their apartments. Also having to park somewhere else to have the street cleaned is crazy when y'all can use that money to have air conditioners installed. If the office has air conditioners inside then so should your tenants."

"Horrible place to stay, apartments are old and need serious renovations. The property is not maintained well, with missing or broken railings(very dangerous) trash all over the place ect. Makes the neighborhood look terrible. Maintenance comes when they feel like it or after you call complaining multiple times."

"My neighbors fight too much. They shoot too much. When my neighbors "smoke" I can smell it through the walls. My tub gas been fixed twice and still is crap. The paint is chipped and it's constantly stopped. Cant take a shower without having water around the ankles. Need better maintenance!"

"I am currently a Resident of this apartment complex and have been a resident for 22 Months now, my lease is up in March 2016. When I first moved into the apartment I did it because it was inexpensive and would help me save up. The apartment was less than expected when I moved in but still I did because again affordability was one of my main concerns. The first weekend someone was shot an killed on my street causing myself not to be able to go to work due to the pd dept blocking off the block. My apt plumbing is horrible and the bug infestation causes a clean resident to call almost weekly for spraying because they do not spay the whole apt at once. Even through all these problems I still stayed and received a $20 rent increase for my next year. At the end of my 1st year lease I requested to change apartments and was denied, I never had one late payment the whole year. Leasing agents has always been nasty and short in reference to my conversations with her. She has an air about her as if everyone who lives in the area is uneducated and hood. They treat they're good tenants like trash. When maybe she should think some people actually live in the hell whole to get there life together and not create further debt. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE unless you are willing to go through hell with them and be a horrible person to everyone in the office. I would put a negative one star if I could."
