"I moved into East Beach last October and I’ve had nothing but a great experience since I’ve been here. I’ve been able to watch the community evolve over the past 9 months and I’m very pleased with what I’ve seen! The management team is very communicative and helpful. Plus now that it is summer, I’ve been able to take advantage of living beside the beach! I would definitely suggest joining the community to anyone wondering. "apartment still isn't complete. Been here a month. Maintenance crew is completely useless they either don't fix it or do a terrible job and leave garbage and screws around were my daughter plays. Addy has done nothing but lie about everything if she answers. All we wanted was the one drawer we have in the kitchen installed and our water heater fixed so our daughter could bathe in warm water. Nothing has been done nobody communicates and the "renovations" are the sloppiest careless work I have ever seen."
