"Do not stay here, I had to call the city to get things fixed and they still never fixed them. I was called a liar when I put in work orders and maintenance made sexual comments towards me. They cut off my electricity to my apartment to come in when I was at work to avoid my security system after I told them they was only allowed to enter when I’m home. They also filled a fake judgment against me for an eviction a month after I had moved out. I’m still fighting in court. This is what the hallways looked like."

"Long story short DO NOT RENT HERE. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in. They take people money and don’t fix anything around here that’s why this property is a mess. And they definitely need to get rid of Ashley in the rent office because something ain’t right."

"This place is great if you have bad credit because of their conditional approvals!! But other than that I wouldn't move here and they have the nerve to charge people over 1000 dollars for the mess it's laughable!!! They are slum lords at best take forever to fix the smallest things and we not even going to talk about the bug infestation that they have so if you like being very overly charge for a out 700 and some ft apartments and having to always hound them about fixing things then this is a wonderful place to live!!!"

"Been here for quiet some time now and I will say, it has been a great experience. The property manager is always welcoming and has a short nice conversation with you and doesn’t mind to assist you if you have concerns and if his two leasing agents are busy. The girls in the front are really nice and don’t mind helping you and will always assist with a smile. Maintenance is awesome as well, you can put in a work order and they will get it done and the girls in the office will always tell you if it’s not an emergency it won’t get done right away as emergencies are a higher priority which is really understandable. They clean up after themselves after there work is done. Thank you Arbor Pointe"

"Been living here for 3 months and everything has gone great. My work orders get done in a timely manner and everyone in the office is really friendly! The property manager always says hello when he sees you and answers any concerns you may have. I love how they communicate with monthly newsletters and attach a calendar on the back for any important days or if they have a special event coming up. Account statements to let us know how much rent will be for the next month depending on any credits so the exact amount is paid for is even better."
