"Sad to say goodbye to place. We’ve been with Legend Property for 3 years and The Depot was by far the best place we lived at. The amenities met our needs and the apartment gave us the comfort and home we were looking for. We have a pit bull and they were immediately accepting of our dog! They gave him so much love and it showed how much they care about us as their tenants. We were so lucky to have Tamia as our property manager. Since day 1 she looked out for our needs and ensured we were taken care of right away. Any issues with the apartment, it was taken care of that week and usually was taken care of the next day. Parking wasn’t the best and I did wish they had more gym equipments but that was my only complaint! Never had any issues with our neighbors and we were blessed to even have some really sweet neighbors on top of that! Thank you so much Tamia for being the best property manager and thank you for making our living there so easy!"

"Great place for a great price! The property manager (Tamia) was very courteous and helpful as well. There were no noisy or bothersome neighbors. I suppose the only two caveats I had with the place was the limited number of parking spots in the free lot and the train tracks next to the building. It's in a good location -- plenty of small businesses and restaurants around, and there's a park that's walking distance. All in all I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely rent from there again. -JS"
