"DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY DO BAD BUSINESS. I had a friend that worked for them for over a year, cleaning their apartments for move-in and move out and they gave them a runaround for a year saying that they were going to pay them each month and no check ever came that person stopped working for them, because they were not paying them I had another friend who tried to get a contract with them. After that they started work in December cleaning their apartments doing move-in and move out. Told them that they would not be getting paid until February. When February came. They told them that they sent out the check, but the check never came so my friends stopped working for them. They are shady they do not pay the people that they hire to clean their apartments and it’s ridiculous. They have been doing this for years and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."
"Do NOT sign the lease here. Management (especially Carlos) are a bunch of thieves. They never give your security deposit back. The apartments are complete trash. They have ONE person on their maintenance staff. Yes, one single employee and naturally they are never available when maintenance is needed (which is often btw). If you don't trust this review, I ask that you speak to existing tenants of their experience and I promise you every single one of them will ask you to NOT sign the lease. Everybody regrets living here."
"Update #2: Still no refund of my rental deposit. Talked to Carlos 2 weeks ago and was told that he spoke to corporate and they were issuing a check. He said he would call the next day with the tracking number. He didn’t call back. I called last week and spoke with Makayla. She said Carlos was busy but he would call me back with the tracking number. He didn’t call. Called this morning. Makayla said Carlos was on another call but he would call corporate today to get the tracking number. It’s been over 4 months and the law requires a check within 45 days. This is ridiculous. I will likely have to take them to court to get my refund back. I will continue to update this review. Update: It has now been 108 days since I moved out and I still have not received my rental deposit. I was told that corporate mailed it to the wrong address and they are sending a new check. That was over a week ago. They have stoped picking up my calls and they are not returning my messages. I moved out 11 weeks ago and they still have not issued my refund for my deposit. I have called several times and have been told that “the check is issued by the corporate office”."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been living here for a few months and I can easily say this is the worst place I've ever lived at. All 4 appliances have issues (fridge, dishwasher, dryer and washer). The maintenance "guarantee" is not true. Repairs are done poorly. They will say they are coming at a certain time/day and end up not coming. Staff is nice."
"One of the worst management I've ever experienced. The unit had planty of issues with the HVAC and plumbing. Leaks in the sink and bathrooms. Paint residue all over the appliances and floor and dirty carpets. When I brought up the issue with heating with Carlos, the property manager, he promised to waive rent for the period when there was no heat in the apartment. I have never until now got that money back. They are always double assigning parking spots and resulted in my car getting towed multiple times. The management doesn't respond to any issues reported on their website. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment."
