"Horribly managed (check reviews on slatehouse/commonwealth for specifics). Building shakes from traffic causing cracks in the drywall. Two stairwells have been left unfinished after renovations resulting in significant pest problems. The renovations look like they were done by an amateur handyman. The center parking spaces are to narrow to open your doors. Dryers vent into the apartment. I could go on, don't waste your time."
