"I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and this complex has been the best experience by far. I lived here from 2019-2023 and only moved out because my husband got a new job in a different state. The leasing office has some of the friendliest people you will meet- Harley and Janice truly care about you and really try to make the complex feel like a community. The building is very clean, maintenance requests are completed promptly (honestly we hardly needed maintenance while here because everything was working properly), monthly-paid parking was easy in the garage, communication between the leasing office and residents is excellent, and the neighborhood as a whole feels very safe. It is also great that you can walk to some pretty great restaurants and shops on 21st Street!"

"My family and I absolutely love the Element and its management and maintenance staff. Janice, Harley and Johnny are incredibly helpful and have made living at the apartment quite enjoyable. The amenities are great and always clean (Thank you, Karen!) and the location is prime. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and anything else you could need. We planned to stay for one year then move but will likely stay longer because we absolutely love it. Highly recommend this apartment complex - you wouldn’t be disappointed!"
