Surfrider Apartments on the Bay

"I was stuck here for three years due to being in the military and deployments coming up every time the lease was coming up. It was the worse experience I have ever had to deal with when it comes to living situations. When I moved in I was happy with the experience I had with Lisa. She no longer works here and ever since the place got worse and worse. The maintenance team was always high and never fixed any of the problems. After the first 6 months black water started coming out of all of the faucets. After numerous times of asking for this to be fixed they finally came out to fix it but it was never actually fixed. The state of the apartment when we first moved in was not all that great in the first place. Make sure you video tape and take all the pictures you can because the owner John Hadjikakos will take every cent of your deposit for problems that were there even when you moved in. Any normal wear and tear will come out also. The carpets are filthy and there is a bug problem. Not to mention the 3 washers and dryers that never work prices go up yearly. Your car will be towed at your expense multiple times of your stay. At the end of the day this man and company have been the most unprofessional lot of crooks I have had to deal with. You'd be better off renting out a motel room to live in. Good luck. Not sure how to respond to reviews. But thank you for the wild response. Just wanted to let everyone know I never got my security deposit back or asked. I moved out last year due to orders from the military. So not really sure what you are talking about here John. Nothing has been a lie. So you're right if I lied I would have lied more. But the rant was fun to read. Thanks for proving how unprofessional you really are.
