"Shouldn't get one star. This place never fixes a anything that we need fixed. Even after a year of asking and putting in many work orders. One day someone knocked on our back door and very rudely asked us to throw everything on our porch away except for two chairs. Which meant our brand new grill and all of my sons outdoor toys. And instead of giving us time to move our things, they threw away all of our stuff except for two chairs and a grill. When I went to the office to ask what they did with our sons toys and our other things, they said they removed it and would be happy to charge us for violating our lease. I spoke with a lawyer and were leaving. Slumlords is too nice of a name. Dont move here!!!!!!!"
"The property manager doshea was very rude mean and didnt even have her own business cards. She lied on several occasions. These units have bed bugs and roaches in many of the units"
"I wouldn’t even give it one star! Worst place imaginable! Moved in and a few weeks later I was eaten up by bed bugs. They were infested next door and were coming over into our townhome. Took weeks to clear them out. The maintence guys were the worst. Upstairs toilet was never fixed after reporting in many times in a span of two years. Shower leaked through the ceiling. Had a huge leak by the ac unit and they had to come out three times after it had already molded the carpet and furniture. Pipes under the sink burst twice. There were roaches everywhere. Had people peeing on our back patio because it’s not closed in. Anyone could walk back there and see inside. Had to call the cop multiple times because of parties and drug deals taking place next door. Took months for the office to take any type of action. They had set up a gate but it never worked and was always open. Constant cop chases up and down that road. But all of that isn’t the worst of it. When I had gone on vacation, one of the maintence guys broke into the back door (which we don’t have keys for only the office and maintence does) stole my engagement ring, jewelry, shoes, TVs, Xbox everrryyyythinng. Contacted wavy tv had a detective take action. The guy who broke in had set up the cameras surprisingly they couldn’t see down the whole complex. Nothing was done about it. I was later informed the the same maintenance guy who broke into my home was watching me come and go and making vulger remarks to the other maintence guys. Contacted corporate and they said we can leave with no penalty. We broke the lease and ran like hell. This place destroyed my relationship and my sense of safety. Please look elsewhere. This is a very unsafe and unsanitary place to call home."
"Honestly never had any problems, this is the first apartment I've ever rented and everything's worked out. Staff is chill and helpful and maintenance guys are on point about fixing problems. Military gets $30 off rent which is cool as well."
"My family and I have been here for a year and our experience has been okay. I don't have anything bad or great to say about this apartment complex....its very mediocre. However, before we moved in, I asked the leasing manger if this complex had roaches and of course she told me no which was a lie! We have been dealing with roaches off and on the entire time we lived here. The supposedly routine exterminator who only comes if you request him does a very poor job! We got rid of roaches temporarily by buying a fogger, but now that unit next to mine is vacant, they are back! Which is very unsanitary if you have children! When I called the office to complain, I was told that the exterminator (who hardly comes) said I had housekeeping issues (their justification on why I have roaches now) which is a LIE!!!! I do have a ton of toys in the living room area (I have toddlers) and I do laundry daily so there may have been clothes in the hamper but last time I check, those things don't cause roaches! So if you move here don't be surprise if you have a roach problem, don't be surprise if the leasing office puts the blame on you and don't be surprise that the exterminator does a poor job. Just be prepared to handle the roach problem yourself!"
