"Service and ambiance was excellent. Food is hit or miss depending on what you order. Smoked wings were delicious for appetizer. For dinner, we got the steak tartare and it was chewy and flavorless. The manager came out to apologize which was a nice gesture. She also gave us a 15% discount. Drinks were very good! Celebrated a friend's birthday so they were nice enough to bring out a free chocolate icecream cake. Will definitely order a different entree next visit."

"My daughter booked a wedding for the end of October. I paid $7,000 up front when we first did the tour. A serious situation happened 2 days ago that caused us to cancel the wedding. I was shocked of the response to my request to get even half the money back even with a contract. The first thing that was said after I explained the reason was "we put a lot of time in this wedding#..no I'm sorry or any show of empathy. They did offer to give us a year to reschedule for an additional $1,000. All I wanted was to get some money back since my daughter has no heakth insurance. I know this is a business, but they didn't even care. I guess it's to much to ask. I just wanted to post our experience to let everyone know before you choose Kiln Creek Resort for your special day."

"Played golf (only) with a larger group today, and the experience was first class! I have played Kiln Creek as a foursome, a group of 8 foursomes and with another group of 30 foursomes. Each time the service has been exceptional, the staff friendly and helpful. The gourse was in great shape, though I found that some of the greens were a bit beeten up from play, But not to the point of interfering with play. If you have a chance to grab a Breakfast borrito from the cart gal I highly recommend it. Overall the experience was excellent and what I have come to expect from the facility. Since I like to be balanced in my reviews, the only complaint I have is that it was cashless everywhere on the resort. Not a big deal in todays world but still annoying."

"Fairway and greens were prime. Staff friendly, and the range has an unbeatable deal. $30 for unlimited range balls and time. I’m glad to see this course in such good shape. I will say the gps on the carts is annoying because there will be times you’re not out of bounds and it will lock on you. Other than that, great course"

"The meal that we had was delicious. The bartender that served us, Danielle, was wonderful. She was very helpful about drinks and eats. She was very pleasant to work with. She earned a huge tip. I would ask for her every time I return. Management, great hiring job done there!"
