Motel 6 Newport News, VA - Fort Eustis

"Horrible. The man charge me an extra $68 dollars tax after I said I had my cats. Motel 6 is not supposed to charge extra for animals. I been in touch with corporate and was told that I was absolutely charged extra for one week. I meet a fella that paid $400 after taxes for a week. I was charged $468 for the same week. He even said it was tax. Motel 6 confirmed they don't charge that much for tax. Also paid for 6 nights and on the 5 day was asked to pay for room. Then he wouldn't rent the room out after being upset about I I also waited 4 days for towels and sheets and nothing. The housekeeper told me I was better off buying my own because the owners are holding brand new linen in the office."

"Steve at the front desk was wonderful and quickly got me checked in. The room wasn’t flawless, but it was very spacious with a comfy bed and lots of good TV channels. For the price, it was a steal! The location of the motel was very convenient as well, with lots of food places nearby."

"We were here to see our grandson graduation from Fort Eustis and chose this motel. I'm so happy we did. It was very clean and the beds were amazing!!! I would highly recommend this place to stay!!! Very clean and great staff and very reasonably priced!!!"

"I was very skeptical, for the price but it wasn't bad. Freshly remodeled. But a little sloppily done. Our shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Clean except for a small sheet stain. All in all, not the worst, not the best. Great price for a decent room."

"Omg I love this place..I had to come back… I have a beautiful blue staffordshire terrier that stayed for free … the beds are so soft therapeutic … best sleep I’ve had in weeks.. the smell when you walk in the door is fresh welcome with a hint of pine… Large rooms with cable. The customer service is even better, front desk woman was cheerful , helped me change my credit information on reservations. Also one of the most responsible priced with no deposits. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
