"Do Not move here you'll regret it. I moved in in 2019 and have had multiple issues since. The property is heavily infested with pest and they'll charge you for it. My apartment stayed flooded from the ac leaking they'll just come bring a blower yet the smell of mildew was heavy not once replacing the carpet. Maintenance would come in and leave a mess. The grass and bushes are sometimes heavily over grown. Roaches in the mailboxes and all in the halls and doors. The list goes on. To top things off I nformed them that I was moving out by Oct 31 21. I sent an email after notifying that I had moved out. Do yall know to this day jan 2 22 they are still charging me. These folks are money hungry crooks."

"I am currently looking for an apartment, so before I go view the apartment I like to scope out the area and I'm extremely happy I did. The apartments look horid. The blinds were either missing or severely damaged in all apartments, they need pressure washing, parking lost needs re-paving, multiple broke down cars, old beaten down furniture in the parking lot. it was frightening!! I couldn't get away fast enough. Now I read the reviews, bugs, loud neighbors?? I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day. I can't deal with loud neighbors and don't feel safe here and I didn't leave my car., much less leaving my home to go to work. I won't be renting here!!"

"Do not move here! The apartment complex is cheap and that's the draw to the place. But the management here is terrible, they leave the office before their closing hours. I believe they have me on a do not answer list because no one ever answers or gets back to me when I call and the second I call from someone else's number they answer. My sewage in my bathtub has been backed up for a month now and no one has come out to do anything about it. And for the past year my ac has broke so many times I went out and bought my own window unit. The bugs are terrible even after bug bombing it several times myself throughout the year. They also recently changed management so I thought maybe the place would improve but just more who could care less about their residents. Could not be a more terrible place to live."

"These apartments are the worse. The owners need to sell to someone who has money to put into the apartment. One side of complex is infested with rats. Rats in the walls rats in your apartment. They also have an infested with bed bugs. Along with roaches. The people in office have no idea how to handle anything. It's so sad because if they would get rid of their rodent problem this complex would not be so bad. The water bill is crazy high. Your renting for 599 and with your water bill your rent end up being 750 a month. My lease needs to be up ASAP."

"I have never dealt with anything like dealing with this rental office in my life. I have pest in my house ive been back and forth with them. The claim to have found bed bugs in my place on the wall in the second bedroom. But they had to send a request to corporate and higher ups to get a response before treating the issue! I've gotten one water bill since June the manager that was here before always let me know what my bill was. New managment literally does not care. These people took out of my rent payment and covered the water bill. It took me almost a month to realize what was going on after a letter from the courts saying my rent was late. I kid you not I had no notice that I owed a balance. On the 15th of last month I recieved a print off after going into the leasing office 25 times saying I owed $215 dollars. I paid my rent plus the $215 on the first. You will never believe that once again this month I did not get a water bill. I call after a few days they finally pick up the line and im told my water bill is $38 plus I owe more fees that were added on the 17th of last month. As you could imagine I'm beyond my limit.Only to look at the bill and they put in my payment on the fifth of the month not the first. No notice for anything. They clearly don't want to do their job. The manager is looking at me like I didnt know. What? Excuse me? Any place I have lived in has always given notice before filing anything. I pull back the cover on my hot water heater and it looks like piles of coffee but its roach feces. They say twice to me they came to clean it. Not true. This is embarassing and I cant believe I have moved in a place that has to talk to their regional that probably lives in his $100,000 house and doesn't have to worry about bugs before they will treat my house. Disgusting. DO NOT MOVE HERE I'm going to legal counsel."
