"This place seems to be really popular for the downtown area and I see why. I was impressed when I visited the property! I am helping my Aunt find a place to call home & was a little concerned at first when I called and didn't get a live agent right away -so we decided to walk in and realized the office is a team of just 1..wow! No wonder. I applaud Ms Jasmine for her professionalism and great attitude for handling this community by herself (with one maintenance person) and always keeping on a smile... The apartment was a little small but had, great updates so all worth the rental price. I also love that the building is controlled access, because I care about my Aunt's well being. Great job with Whittaker Place!"

"Let me just start by saying Jasmine. That’s it. That’s the review. Ms. Jasmine is so down to earth yet professional. This would be my first apartment on my own and she made this so easy for me. I applied and felt like I was right at home instantly. She’s very straight to the point, courteous, and detailed oriented. I truly appreciate the person she is for making this process so easy and welcoming. Nevertheless, the apartments themselves are gorgeous and very affordable. I knew I was gonna make this my home when I did the virtual tour. I can’t wait to get settled in."
