"Update from my previous review.. management is absolutely amazing, that being said.. the bug issue is still a thing. I’ve had my apartment sprayed many many times now and keep it as clean as possible for the fear of roaches. I have asked if it was possible to move and was told no. I don’t have people over and feel very uncomfortable at times just knowing they’re in the same house as I am. I dealt with an ac issue a few weeks ago multiple times, it was finally fixed after a couple of days. I recently had a water leak from the upstairs neighbor but it stopped randomly and hasn’t continued, I believe that will be a future issue as well. Nobody here is really held to the lease agreement when it comes to obnoxious loudness whatsoever. I would not recommend if you are wanting peace in your own home from the bugs to the rudeness of every neighbor possible. -From reaching out and inquiring about Autumn Lakes to moving in, I have never had such a warm welcoming! The place is newly renovated and well taken care of, offers fun amenities , and is very considerate at helping you get your needs whether it’s for a family or pet! I can’t say thank you enough."

"Chantys was amazing to work with. She walked me through the whole process of getting my first apartment and along with making sure it moved quickly due to circumstances. I appreciate her. I did have a couple issues at the beginning but maintenance came out and fixed them same day or next day. Minor issues like shower head spraying everywhere and outlets not working."

"Update: AUTUMN LAKES HAS A ROACH AND MICE PROBLEM. Let this be your last resort. I have not lived here for a full two weeks and I gave my first review prematurely they are still working on my roach problems and now I have a mice problem. I will be breaking my lease because I work to hard to have mice and roaches as roommates. Buyer beware!! First review: The leasing agent that helped me through my moving process was Chantys West, she is great! I had a few minor issues with my apartment and she wasted no time in fixing the issue, she showed genuine concern when I informed her of the issues I was having. The apartment itself is very spacious, upgraded with new appliances. My kids especially love the pool and basketball court and I especially love the kitchen and spacious balcony."
