"Bug infested home. Roaches are popping out left & right.. also, they are deleting the most honest reviews! ! I can deal with a lot but bugs is where I draw the line! ! I can’t sleep knowing they’re all type of insects in my home. -0/10 would not recommend"

"Horrible experience!! Things were great for the first year and half and then my ex and I split up. We both went into the office together and I got blocked in by the property manager. He tried to be a therapist or whatever. This was a personal matter and I feel did not involve Joseph. I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I returned to the office today to bring a letter stating I needed my name removed off the lease as we had agreed to and asked for the cooperate number to settle this matter from 3 weeks ago. I was told they can't give their number out (why?) But was given an email. When asking for the info Joseph was on speaker and asked why I needed to speak cooperate. Although it was none of his business i told him and was made to feel even more uncomfortable. I was yelled at and threatened several times. I still don't have a number and doubt this matter will be resolved."

"I would give this place a 0 if I could!! Horrible place to live!!! Where do I start? It looks nice over all but it’s really disgusting!! INFESTED with huge water bugs, fleas, bed bugs, and roaches!!! A lot of the bugs came out of the vents too!!! I felt dirty just living there and my apartment was very clean!! Pest control even told me they were ordered to water down their bug spray! Huh? The air conditioner and washer machine broke every few days! The technician came out a few times a week for tow months trying to fix it! I’ve told them the washer machine was old and that I needed a new one but they refuse to get a new and insisted on the broken one to be fixed smh my husband was deployed at the time when my washer machine kept breaking and I had a 18 month old toddler and a new born baby sweating in the apartment with the temperature outside over 80 degrees! With no air conditioner!! I don’t understand what the problem was with hiring technicians! They had a new one every few weeks smh. They was the worst place I’ve live at so far!!! I couldn’t get out fast enough! Neighbors are annoying too, knocking at my door past 10pm!! It was over-all a nightmare and you will see if you decide to live here!! I hated this place!! Never again! I forgot to mention- for a week, my toddler would wake up with red bite marks over her body because of the bugs there!!! I had to keep spraying and bleaching everything down!! I didn’t have any pets either! And they only clean the pool once in the summer! Horrible!"

"Kettler took over the property sometime in the fall, the new employees are absolutely amazing!! Joseph in the office is extremely friendly, personable, and easy to have a conversation with! Theron the maintenance guy is just as amazing. He always stops to check in with us, responds to calls immediately, is extremely friendly and helpful, and all around just a great guy! I highly recommend making this place your home because of these two wonderful people!"

"My family and I just moved in at the beginning of August and I can't be happier! The staff here is absolutely amazing, Marie in the office is very friendly and understanding and the gentleman in charge of facilities is extremely respectful and helpful! I really hope the two of them stick around for the long run as it would be hard to replace them, would really hate to see them leave!"
