The units look great on the inside. I've been living here for about 5+ years now & I've never had any major issues within my unit or neighbors. The women in the office are very kind, helpful & professional. Work orders are always handled in a timely manner & I love the community activities they plan for the children."

"I personally think this is a great place to get started. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet. I like that they do community activities with the kids and have a community room. I haven't had any issues with management. Sharmaine and Wanda are cool, down to Earth, and respectable. If you mind your business and keep out of drama, this is a great place. Cleanliness is key."

If I have ever needed help within my unit, or information explained to me regarding paperwork, the office staff takes their time to ensure we are all on the same page. If I have any issues or complaints for issues within my dwelling, it has always been handled expeditiously. I enjoy stopping in and saying hello, as I always get a friendly greeting back---even when they are busy. The ladies in the office are hard workers and deserve more respect than what they are given."
