"First and foremost; I have to salute chanta for the amazing job she has done. I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical about applying because of some reviews I had read. The property, especially the halls when you first walk in, was in good shape and didn't smell like some other properties I've been in. Chanta communicated and kept me not only well informed but also with a positive attitude because my credit isn't the best. I even witnessed her juggling three to four different situations at one time without breaking a sweat. I look forward to moving this month I hope everything works out but my first impression was two thumbs up. Thank you Chanta!!!!"

"I love the apartments! Mrs.Chanta and the maintenance team are amazing and they fix any problem within a day ! The apartments are spacious , for 2 bedrooms and 2baths with stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer for the price is a win!"

"I enjoy living in this complex the manager Chanta is great, she works with you to get things done and communicates with you. If something needs fixed in the apartment the maintenance Bennie gets on it right away. I will recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a place !"
