"Hot water stopped working. The maintenance supervisor Ronnie came out and replaced it in less than 30 minutes! HE IS THE BEAST!!! Thanks a lot Ronnie! :) Awhile ago, I had an issue with a water leak and they came out late that night and started and finished the next day!"
"We have found Ronnie and Juan and one other Maintenance to be the most dependable personnel. Ronnie, can be classified as, “Top Notch”. We can place a staple on what he may find when we have issues with our haven. He just doesn’t fix, or check into an issue. He’s mindful of what has been reported and will check back to see if the occurrence(s) is / are still working. I were so elated to know that he were back with the company. He and Juan and the other maintenance are our computers for our stay. We wouldn’t know what to do, had Ronnie and this trio departed. He’s a great guy and very friendly. My husband zones in on Ronnie and we are very friendly to the maintenance staff. Having issues with our downstairs bathroom, he’s quick to let us know when is the ETA, should we continue to have issues with the bathroom plumbing issues. Ronnie, Ronnie, Ronnie!"
"I have been here 2 years! The only good thing I can say is I like the walk In closet and the laundry room is spacious! Other than that maintenance or the office is horrible takes so long for somebody to come fix a major issue. I had an issues with the hot water heater for about a month. Not having hot water and I have 2 kids was not okay. For months I been having a issue with a water leak my carpets is nasty and smells! Mold on the walls from all the wetness. The office did not care and still does not but want that rent money! My time here is up!"
"I have been here for 2 months and it has not gone well. Upon move in we were given a sheet to take home and fill out to document any maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. While in the office we were asked to sign only one part stating there were no bug/rodent issues before we saw the house that the office had supposedly already checked for. In good faith we signed just to find out there was a wasps nest above our front door. We called a few times with no response and had to remove it ourselves. Also on that sheet we wrote the dryer was broken as well as the upstairs AC does not work amongst other smaller issues. I had to call text and email multiple times per week to get the dryer fixed since it raised my electric bill over $100 and I asked for compensation assistance since it’s not our fault. The dryer was broken that it took 2-3 cycles to dry a small load of laundry. Which the washing machine is half the size of the dryer in the first place. I finally got a new dryer yesterday that finally works but I’m told I have to wait to see if my bill goes down or not and I might receive reimbursement for some of the electric bill. On top of that, remember it’s been 2 months, and the upstairs ac has still not been fixed. It’s summer and over 90 degrees. The maintenance staff are very kind and do their best but 2 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I’ve been told a few times someone will be out the week I call and nobody shows up. The ac has been looked at twice by maintenance but I don’t understand why a specialist hasn’t been called if they’re unable to fix it. Many of the other smaller issues I put on the form still haven’t been fixed either. Kiah in the office is sweet and seems to be doing her best but there’s a huge lack of communication between the office and maintenance. As a resident I am suffering from their lack of communication together and ability to address issues and take fault for their mistakes. As for the property itself, it’s extremely out dated. No new appliances and pretty beaten down. There’s at least 5+ layers of paint covering everything including the front door. I don’t believe the carpet is new before move in, just cleaned. Many outlets don’t work and are cracked. The kitchen is very small and the way it’s designed only fits 1 person at a time. It does have a pool and 2 small playgrounds if you have children that would be a plus. The floors creak and because of all the layers of paint the doors are difficult to close and open they have to be slammed, even if you think the door is closed it can be pushed open without turning the doorknobs. The outside does look nice and pretty and there is always plenty of parking which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I have 10 months left on this lease but I’m already looking for somewhere else to live."
