"Do not move into this complex. I lived there for a few yrs. There's been multiple shootings stray bullets hitting people's cars. I had 3 opossums (possums) removed from my unit by the game warden there is a rodent and roach infestion under the foundation of these units. And when we decided to move out on good terms while on month to month. They trying to keep my deposit even tho no damage to the unit at all. They trying to use a technicality to keep my deposit and charge for a month of rent after I moved out. They will try to ruin your credit history and rental history when you move out. And you can't talk to the people behind the scenes pulling the strings because it goes to voicemail. Jodi will not return your calls. So you have to take things to the next level with these people. Mike who works in the office is clueless. And can't help you with anything but his terrible attitude and smart mouth. Every 6 months or less the office staff is replaced. So they are very unorganized. Please keep all records and police reports and your payment history. Because you cannot count on these people to be professional. Everything here is all true."

"Do not live here . First off when i moved in i had a whole in my bedroom door that they did not fix at all , my stove had a crack in the handle that they charge me for , that i didn’t do . I only stayed there for a year. When i was in the process moving out, i gave them my notice and they lost it , where they suppose to send my deposit . So i been calling them and email them , no response. so i showed up to the office and the black lady who is the assistant gave me the runaround, then she told me my deposit was 600 cause they had to take out the water bill, but it’s not 600 , it’s three something , and they tried to say the counter tops was dirty , they was not . My thing is how you going say that and you didn’t even walk through it , that you told me in the first place . Don’t make sense . But first off i gave them my new address, and they didn’t send it , i had to wait two months . They was definitely trying to keep my deposit. But anyways this place is horrible & it’s old . People thwirndont communicate about nothing and they office always closed . Don’t waste your time they going give you the run around."

"Me and my family been living here for years. I do not recommend moving here if you have other options. The AC will just stop working in the middle of the summer. This has been happening since summer 2020. The floor towel and carpet comes up. It has constantly been different staff in the rental office for the past 4 years now. The rental office hours will get switched up without the residents being informed about it. These apartments need to be renovated or torn down to just start all over."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! It was great when my mother first moved here. My mother has been having trouble with her air conditioning for years now!!!!! I’m at her apartment right now visiting from out of town and she has fans on because the air is not working yet again!!!!! This is unacceptable it is too hot for this and she has health issues. I don’t know what’s going on now but they need to do better!!!! She is in the process of moving cause it’s so bad. Bugs and everything smh"
