"We moved into this townhome after having life threatening issues at another location owned by LEVCO. That was nothing short of a headache They have been lying to us since the moment we signed the lease. Every month we’d receive letters about them entering our apartments to maintain/keep up all of which they never showed. The neighbors are loud and parking is a mess. The water heaters are so small you barely have the chance to take an actual hot shower. When we moved in we notated damages and things we needed and we never actually got them. 4 months later they started harassing us about an ice maker for the freeze when we were missing knobs to cabinets and the floors were damaged. Mold continuously grows on the vents no matter what you do. Our car was damaged during a hit and run, neighbors don’t pick up after their dogs and people are constantly blasting music, slamming doors and screaming in the parking lot. Trash is always overfilled with no room to throw anything away and the ac unit broke on us twice. The kicker is after doing a walkthrough with managements and being told we would pay for carpet cleaning not removal, they came up with some magical “pet stains” in a bedroom that was never used, upstairs where dogs NEVER went. We gated the stairs off to guarantee we’d have no issues. Save yourself the headache and do yourself a favor find a place that isn’t managed by LEVCO."
"We have been without RUNNING WATER off and on for months. They over charge the tenants $80 a month for water yet the piping system is old and needs to be replaced which they just keep putting a bandaid on and refuse to do. Not only do our comodes back up into our bathtubs and there are constant plumbing issues, but we went 5 days without hot water 2 months ago and on Thanksgiving day and half of Christmas we were left with NO running water. As i write this we have almost been 24 hours again without any hot water. Yolanda in the office is beyond rude and combative as well as very unprofessional. The property management could not care less about the long term residents that have been here way before Levco Management stepped in and started running this property into the ground. BEWARE!!!!!"
"Our experience for the 5 months we’ve been here has been nothing short of a headache, annoyance and disappointment of how the staff conducts themselves in regards to handling the matters of the unit to rectify problems that SHOULD HAVE been fixed prior to us moving in. Overall the space of the unit is great, the amenities of having a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit is good too (although the appliances aren’t new) but the staff’s lack of professionalism, incompetence to knowing the structure of the property and willingness to actually do their job is what diminishes the value of living here. I wouldn’t recommend new tenants especially those who actually exercise their tenant rights to get things done effectively, once that’s done just be ready to be in court for personal feelings from “adults” being mad for getting reported for not doing their jobs. They don’t even deserve one star."
"Residency length: 2017-2021 Building B first and second floor. Former name: Victoria Place Apartments The maintenance men were nice and punctual. Anytime I had an issue they were always quick to resolve it. The associates in the leasing office were nice and helpful as well. The management in the leasing office had a high attrition rate and therefore, changed roughly six times in two years. I never felt unsafe, no matter what time of the day or night. At times, I did hear guns shots from the surrounding neighborhoods. But that was not often nor did it deter me from living there. The final year of my residency, I noticed a decline in the level of care for the apartment grounds that had nothing to do with maintenance but solely to do with the caliber of people they were leasing too. The parking lot would have lots of trash on the ground and the community began to look unpolished and dirty. I began to see large roaches inside and outside of my apartment and would wake up to them crawling on me. I informed the leasing office and they arranged to have my apartment sprayed weekly, however the roaches did not cease and thats when I knew it was time to move. Also, I had a lot of issues with ceiling leaks when I moved to the second floor in building B. One morning I woke up to the sound of rain but when I looked outside it was not raining. Come to find out the neighbor above me had a leak and water was literally pouring down from my living room ceiling. I had a leak in my master bedroom closet and second bedroom as well. All were addressed and fix in a timely matter. Towards the end of my stay they stopped enforcing resident parking only and when I would come home from work at 10pm, there was absolutely no parking. Keep in mind there are roughly 34 apartments within this community. It would infuriate me. When I would reach out to management to complain, they would always say they are working on getting a towing company but never enforced that the parking was for residence only. There was a time where people where storing three to four non working vehicles in the parking lot. I loved my apartment and I looked forward to coming home. It’s a gated community and in close proximity to pretty much everything. This is my honest review and hope this helps others in their apartment search."
"Roach infested! Literally took these pictures day one of moving in, the unit was not clean upon moving in, did not spend a night there and the response to the issue was lack luster. I spoke to neighbors to see if it was an isolated issue and turns out that it's not and plenty of people are or is planning to file lawsuits. Other than roaches they flat out lie to your face with a smile, place does not have a built-in microwave and they played it off as if its a mistake that mine doesn't have one when my neighbors don't have one either. Gate doesn't work either. Only plus to this was that they let me use their storage units. But that was a let down because I was rushed as if it was my fault for wanting out when I had to pack everything carefully to ensure that there were no roaches on them. I just ended up throwing away hundreds of dollars worth of furniture. There were way more roaches than you see in the photos, Absolutely no way they were not aware!! Please take your money elsewhere I'm begging. I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy!"
