"Literally move any where but here, People stealing out of homes and cars! Apartments are extremely small for the price( 900sq for 1400)… they will bump ur rent up by $300 after living here for a year… your apartment literally will crumble after living here for 3 months!! The managers and employee are rude!"

"Very unprofessional they made me put in two application fee’s My grandmother expressed that we needed to know soon so if not I’ll have time to find another place before my current lease end it took them 2 weeks to reply my grandmother called multiple times and got no response they got my me and my grandmother bank statements seen we both more then qualified 9/10 both off us make money in the anybody in that office my credit score is like a 765 they continued to ignore my grandmother phone called until I called on a random number to finally get them on the phone to tell me I didn’t pass very unprofessional only apartment complex I had treat us like that they need new mangers customer service is horrible i don’t know maybe they need a raise or something since y’all wasted my time I’m going take the time to leave a review"

"Don’t move here they have roaches spiders bed bugs all type of animals get into your home people break into the apartment easily and into your car the rental office staff is rude and don’t fix anything they have cracks in there walls when they move in you and if you have kids don’t move here they let a guy stay out here that touch kids STAY FAR AWAY"

"Moving in was smooth. Staff is nice. Neighbors are not bad I've only had 1 issue and that was taken care of. The pool is an added bonus just wish the kids could bring a friend with them. Maintenance is really the only issue I've had. My dishwasher isn't working they came out and said it was ok but it's still not working. The apartments are on the smaller side and could use updating but still nice. Other than that it's a nice place to live."
