"I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this place is a SCAM. They look for every way to charge you additional money- they send out emails with whole weeks you need to make your apartment available for maintenance, threaten to charge you if they can't enter, and then don't even show up and always say it's your fault for not answering the door. I worked from home and I had a dog, if they knocked i would have heard it. I'd wait all day by the door to let them in and they wouldn't show. when you schedule maintenance they use unreliable third party crews that don't show up, reschedule, show up after 5pm when they were due at noon, then do terrible work that needs to be redone in a month. My cieling paint was constantly chipping even after maintenance, and they used the wrong paint in the bathroom so it was already bubbled up when I moved in and the bubbles would drip nicotine yellow when you took a shower. They offer valet trash and then charge $25 if the trash can is out past 9am- even if the trash was never picked up. The WORST part is after you move. I left my apartment cleaned from floor to cieling. They told me to pay for a professional carpet clean. I even sent them an invoice. When I moved out they claimed that we broke a sub floor and have to pay for its repair and the replacement of the carpet. We didn't do anything to break the subfloor. They tried to say that they test every carpet for animal enzymes after you move and if it tests positive you have to pay to replace the carpet- this is a pet "friendly" complex, you pay a no refundable pet deposit and pet rent that doesn't go to this mandatory replacement. if an animal has ever lived in that apartment it's going to "test" positive (I'm not at all convinced they actually test the carpet). They paint their bathtubs, and they paint over old chips in the paint. They are charging us for the paint on the bathtub chipping where it had been previously chipped and painted over. They sent me an invoice for $1800!!! I keep calling them to get this resolved and they keep telling me they are "looking into it" meanwhile having their in-house collections call to scare us into paying. AVOID this place like the plague. I've included photos of how we left the apartment for proof."

"Just moved in here and I LOVE it. Worked with Ceejay for almost everything and she has taken the best care of me. From making sure she fought for a discount for my townhouse to her help with the maintenance team and everything in between! Joe, the maintenance person I've worked most with has been incredible and he is super responsive with fixing issues! I can't say enough good things about this place. It's also pretty awesome to find a place where electricity is included in the price"

"Overpriced!!!. Never fixed any problems in home, can never keep office staff, and the maintenance crew have no idea how to fix any electrical or plumbing issues, Which they had regularly. Claimed sewer was backed up at least twice a month. Plumbing is definitely a big issue there. They also charge you for damages to AC units not caused by you. I only stayed as long as I did because there was no other place to go during pandemic. Thank god I’m free from this place. Do not move here. Trust me!!"

"Do not live here! The amount of roaches and water bugs we had to deal with alone is reason enough to rate this place. If you already live here, do not move out because they will find any reason to charge you for everything under the sun. Our deposit did not even cover half of our move out costs. Leasing staff was hypocritical and at times lied about actions taken during our move in and move out. Admittedly the unit itself was spacious and quiet but for the money you are better off somewhere else not infested with pest or where “renovations” are very poorly done."

"Don't even waste your time with this place. Not only is it roach infested and I mean seriously roach infested! When you ask for help on fixing oh I dunno your front door because it's not secure and won't lock safely or the fact that your sink keeps stopping up and let's not forget the pipes pushing through the " renovated" hard wood flooring creating a hazard and all they could do is say it'll get fixed once you move out. Ridiculous. Oh and you'll get slapped with unexpected fee's when you move out instead of it all being upfront with the "last bill." Other then that and your requests getting ignored, the neighbors are sweet, but if you have pets or a baby I would bot recommend."
