Wendwood Square Apartments

"I live here and at first it was ok . Now I have roaches, the bathroom sink is constantly stop up and now my apt is freezing cold . Good luck on calling emergency maintenance. Quick to send out eviction notices but take forever to fix the problems in the apartments."

"The office staff at wendwood is awesome!! From the manager on down to the Assistant manager they both are awesome. They made sure that my apartment was ready when promised and they walked me through the application process as well. Very glad to be living in such a amazing and clean environment. Thank you to the most amazing two people in the office."

"I am currently a resident here and if you are looking for a place, don't come here. Ever since the new management has taken over, I have had multiple issues with them. The current one, is that our water heater has not been working now for three weeks. We called on the second day it stopped working. Maintenance came in on the first week and "fixed the issue" three times and wasn't going to call for someone to come and look at it until we had to call and tell the management here and the maintenance that something more was wrong. Second week starts, people came to look at it, but ever since then, every other day, we call management and they tell us the same thing "it'll be fixed tomorrow or the next day" The same thing over and over and they always have a different reason why. Management obviously does not prioritize the residents here. Absolutely sad. If you can financially afford it, go somewhere else."

"If I knew what I know now I would have never moved into this apartment. Your rent will never be the same because of the extra fee and high water bill that they charge. My rent sometimes be 1600 to 1700 and my rent was 1300 originally. The pipes is old so your going to have a high water bill. I advise anyone looking to move here expect high sewage and water that will be included in your rent. They also charge for trash and 5 dollars every month for exterminator. Very unprofessional office staff. I'm currently getting ready to put in my 60 day notice. I've been here since June of last year and I hate it here. Worst place to stay hands down."
