"It’s crazy to me how a disgusting dumpster is allowed on the side of an OCCUPIED building… and to make it worse, it invites trespassers who dump random things, dumpster dive, etc. most days this dumpster is DISGUSTING. if i was management, i’d be finding a different place for this dumpster or ridding of it completely. and why isn’t it getting picked up regularly when it’s constantly overfilled, with trash littering the road…."

"A lot to say about this place but let me just start off by saying if you are desperately looking for a place do yourself a favor and stay in a hotel until you get a place you deserve for all your hard working money any place will better than here! Oh and MILITARY MEMBERS STAY FAR AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT! Huge bug problem empty apartments ppl just leave that’s how bad it is! Bald dude lets his pit bull roam without a leash owner not in sight and ran up on me pregnant and my dog! Owner appeared before something happened never said anything just had an attitude. If you have pets don’t come here period they say they’re pet friendly but aren’t dog trash has been piled over for a year now not even with dog bags it’s full of cigarettes and alcohol/soda multiple random things no dog bags CONDOMS on sidewalk etc along with playground trash the lid is literally on the ground it’s so disgusting. little kids ask for money and bang on doors multiple times and run off and to top all this off the rent for this place is not worth it at all pls do yourself a favor and look ELSEWHERE! They will say anything to get you to move in bring up new management and everything else! RED FLAG management don’t do anything police always there looking for somebody banging on doors for a dude that drive a grey car! Just don’t move here oh and ppl got pet RATS that live on they back porch and mold problems I’ve been sick majority of my time being here me and my husband both. Do yourself a favor stay at an extended stay instead."

"The WORST property management personnel team of misfits on Planet Earth. Chiquita Irby, Anastasija Murgia, Bianca Blount, Sarah Guygen (formerly with BH Management Services), and other workers (Des Moines, IA) need tact and professional training. My residential account records were mishandled. The only lease I signed was in March 2021 with another managing group and after BH Management arrived my lease was illegally altered. When my lease expired, I did not know the type of tenant lease agreement I was in with them. When the rent amount and service fees (water, sewer, trash) were totaled, the total sum was then put on my original (March 2021) lease. After signing a rental contract it cannot be changed. They also added the second managing company's name on my original lease which is illegal. The first leasing office personnel Chiquita Irby initiated it all, and Bianca Blount continued with the illegal outrageous acts. On January 6, 2023, when I requested a copy of my residential ledger, it was on that date, and for the first time, Bianca Blount showed me the altered lease. When I requested a copy of it, I was instead given a thirty-day notice to vacate. I eventually moved out on March 10, 2023. I was exhausted and overwhelmed by their ineptitude but grateful I got away from the fire pit. I was wronged as a respectful, valuable tenant. Despite paying the monthly rent payments on time (per the original lease) my monthly residential ledger would always show arrearages and late fees. I was left discombobulated. I emphatically wanted to go before a landlord/tenant hearing judge but a hearing case would never get filed by them. When I have evidence of them showing rent owed over $2K, which is not only false, I don't know why I wasn't summoned to court. I could not sue or take the landlord to court (a tenant assertion) because I was not owed money by the landlord. Now I will file a Warrant In Debt due to their failure to not give me back my security deposit plus 6.00% interest and if allowed could easily tell the court about what occurred. While residing at River Breeze after the first year, all those who were part of the new management group (2/2022-3/2023) were unprofessional, unpolished, unskilled, non-resident-oriented, had bad attitudes, unskilled, unorganized, corrupt, inability to comprehend standard English, had poor grammar, and a poor community property management style. The on-site community office personnel were derelict in their work tasks. I'm saddened by the things I know about what occurred to some tenants from March 2022 to April 2023 after rent relief payments (RRP) through DHCD were received by BH Management. Those rent batch checks were cashed, and afterward, those tenants were evicted. I give kudos to RRP associates who alerted me and told me about (all) situations associated with my tenancy, providing me with confirmation they had. Greenbrier Management who now manages River Breeze kept those terrible onsite leasing office personnel (Bianca Blount and Sarah Guygen). Maintenance was good although I rarely had issues in the apartment and Ed, of maintenance, is okay, and a good worker, he just needs to always keep it professional and not get drawn into situations involving issues with tactless personnel colleagues about issues he knows nothing about. Living in a residential community should strictly be about tenant/housing professional business handlings and not about (almost) being treated like you're being inducted into a club. I have never written a review previously about a community property office personnel but unfortunately had to about River Breeze. If there are many vacancies and too many community property management turnovers occurring with different residential property management handlers in a very short period and this is evident, then there are real problems and reasons why and should be a cause for concern. Well, NASA there is a problem! I now have an update, those two terrible workers are now gone. My faith makes me know everything else remains in God's hand."

"UPDATE: this review was made before I even moved in… once I moved in it was hell. Cockroaches everywhere. New management didn’t respond to emails and maintenance was restricted and could only do so much. Which was NOT enough!! They over charge for this place. I moved as soon as I could. I would NOT move here. I am so impressed with River Breeze! They have communicated with me every step of the way. Don’t mind my many phone calls and many more questions! They are working to make this little community much better, cleaner and getting more upscale. I am excited to be a resident and see and to be a part of the amazing things that are about to happen. Anastasia in the office is amazing!"

"I wish I could give this place negative stars because this place is full of so much bologna its ridiculous honestly. At first when I moved here staff was great the property was great and reasonable then they changed management 5x of me living here in 2yrs. They change things and do not notify the tenants, they up your rent and don't notify you. They have a bad water bug problem but you pay for pest control monthly smh. I was fortunate because I got my own pest control. The maintenance staff is always quitting so I hope you know how to fix things. I wouldn't recommend riverbreeze to no one in a long shot smh!!"
