They both greeted me with a smile no matter the time of the day I entered the office. I loved it there. I'm going to really miss these 2 wonderful women!"

"Krystal is a horrible rude office manager, maintenance men are horrible so bad they can't keep one for more than one month, there's a different maintenance man every month and a different front office lady every month who doesn't know basic communication skills and respect. The property is infested with bedbugs, rats and flooding sewage. STAY AWAY FROM JEFFERSON AT ALL COST. They don't like to fix anything here and they're very unprofessional. Genesis property is horrible in general."

"Have rats bad and have bed bugs bad. The rental office knows there is a problem and will moved the first person out then repaint and moved the next person in.This is with the whole complex.When you first come in the gate you see people houses getting treated for bed bugs."

"I love it here. So far so good!!! The office staff has been extremely attentive and helpful. Krystal is WONDERFUL!!! The maintenance staff has been right there with a washer issue as well as an emergency with my lights. Good job guys...and the fence being broken isn't a deal breaker but yeah it stays broken. It wouldn't let me give 5 stars but I love it"
