"From the time we arrived we were treated so good. Our room was clean and the hotel amenities were nice. The indoor pool was warm and they had free warm cookies at the front desk. Ms. Bonnie was so nice each morning. She was helpful and went above and beyond for us. She made the stay ten times better. She is so nice and pleasant. We will be back to visit soon."

"Rooms were clean, hopefully LOL! The location is cool, not far from shopping and eateries. The service though...AWESOME!!! Deirdre, Elma, and Jasmine make sure the hotel is running smoothly and giving A-1 customer service! Well done ladies!!!"

"The service at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Innsbruck made my stay a pleasure. Deirdre at the front desk was welcoming and quickly checked me into my room. She updated me on my Bonvoy status and was informative with the amenities. The complimentary breakfast was great, loved the blueberry scones and yogurt/oatmeal bar. The kitchen hostess was incredibly friendly and kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. I wish I knew her name for a proper shout out! She was so engaged with every guest, she really helped start my day on a positive note. The rooms were updated but still showed signs of age - noisy toilet, old closet doors, poor lighting. The room was comfortable, however. The gym was small but had the basics needed for a good workout. Parking was plentiful and the location is convenient to getting quickly to most areas of Richmond. I would stay here again."

"There was an amazing lady named Bonnie at the breakfast service. What an absolute treasure of an employee. When we checked in the elevator button was not working and we had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We laughed about it but Bonnie wanted to make sure we were OK with it and let us know it was being fixed. I listened to her interact with so many quests, inquiring about why they were there and then checking in with them the following morning about how everything went. She made sure she knew the weather forecast so she could advise folks on what to bring on outings. I would come back just to see her again. Overall not the fanciest of places but very nice. Rooms were clean, AC worked and water was nice and hot."

"My family stayed here this summer for three nights and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed when we checked in and after we got settled. The lady who worked the breakfast area in the mornings was probably the nicest person I've ever met. She also wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and was super friendly. My daughter loved the indoor pool, however, we found out the first time we used it that the deck was super slippery. She slipped and cracked her head walking around the side to jump in, even with water shoes on. She was okay, and we had to make sure she walked along the edge of the pool after that where there is more surface grip. I would recommend that they add some kind of rough texture to the pool deck so it's not quite so slippery. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were soft and fluffy, the breakfast was really great - with a good variety of items, and the in-room microwave and refrigerator made things super convenient for cooking my daughter's food. The hotel is reasonably close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and not too far from a lot of area attractions. I would absolutely stay here again when we're visiting the Richmond area. I highly recommend it, just be super careful around the pool."
