"Sheets weren’t even clean, bed was gross, they have bed bugs, the room smells awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This was a waste of my rewards point. BOOK ELSEWHERE !"

"Do not stay here for any reason. My mom and I tried to check in yesterday and not only do they lie about how much the rooms are worth the lady at the front desk came out and started to yell at us for nothing (did nothing wrong when we stayed there last) and made us 'get off of my property' if you want to get yelled at, and be accused of something, and get treated horrible than this place is for you. But I strongly recommend go somewhere else. (BTW I also don't recommend staying at the Brentwood INN and Suits down the road either.)"

"Roaches are in the rooms/bathrooms, the doors don’t reach to the bottom of the floor so water a other critters crawl through. I just checked in 20 mins ago and the floors are flooded and the room smells like mildew and old sheets. They have signs that say “let’s make a difference… towels and linens will be replaced every 3 days” which in theory sounds nice but after walking into the room I’m assuming no one washes these sheets. This didn’t happen for my room I’ve heard and seen 4 other people besides myself and fam (that’s 6 rooms total) saying the same thing (wet floors, mildew/moldy smell etc.) I might be sleeping in the car tonight"

"Updating for return for second doctor visit (this te with my wife). Perhaps a better room or my being tired and alone last trip but I have to commend the hotel. Wooden floors ( no carpet), comfortable king.bed, good appliances, and all for a reasonable Choice Bonus point cost. Great value for money a day safe and clean. Just a quick overnight before doctor appointment. Great price and adequate, secure facilities but I would not see it as a place to spend a few days. Things not on site are in the neighborhood. If a Choice Hotel they did not have Premiere parking nor a welcoming gift but perhaps it was because it was bonus night not cash. Regardless, adequate is he best summary. If you need what it offers (nothing else) then go. After some initial screening, front staff was even pleasant, but purely business"

"It was actually great, don't let some bad apples ruin your stay here. I just delivered all new furniture for every room because the are remodeling for a modern look!! I spent the night here and not only was every one pleasant and very kind, but also very generous!! And to make the stay even better they have 24 hour restaurants at walking distance and a variety of other fast food stores. I would definitely recommend you to stay here,, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable!!"
