"Despicable and a awful experience.. I felt the room had been a past crime scene of a murder and the carpet had a rectangular 3'foot by 6'foot sized piece cut out and you can see the old red colored carpet directly under the top one that had been cut up.. layers of carpet without removing the old ones is directly what I mean by this place in a nut shell. Poor service with no care for its guest or there saftey.. the motel 8 is a know hotbed for murders and has been listed as a top 5 place that murders seemed to happen. If you value your life and whom ever is w you I suggest not staying here!"

"Hotel stay was overall good. Quiet and clean update rooms. Frontdesk clerks are awesome!!!! S/O to the front desk guy that’s a Carolina fan!!! He was awesome and very helpful.Definitely will stay again"

"This place was horrible! My boss rented a room for us 2 ladies so it would be easier for him to pick us up in the morning... When I went out to smoke and went back to our room my key wouldn't work and the other girl was fast asleep so I went up front to ask for help and was told he can only help the guy who rented the room and furthermore we should have been kicked out for having 3 to the room!! He didn't want to hear any explanation even though he saw the 3 of us go to the room and our boss leave! ... He was rude and obnoxious! He even said it's against policy for the room renter to not be on the property! My boss has done this numerous times as we have worked and NEVER once has it been an issue! He said our room would NOT be extended past check out! Trust me we will NEVER return"

"I reserved 2 weeks prior for the tattoo festival this weekend hoping the room would be ready and cleaned out by the time I got there, ABSOLUTELY disgusting, toenail on window, yellow scum on counters and tables, Cigarette ashes and poop stains in the toilet bowl , red blotches and skin particles on bed , the room had not been swept and a liquid stain on wall… could not get a refund the day of if I could I would’ve, had to buy blankets from Walmart to sleep on top of the mattress and use disinfectant wipes on everything!!! Absolutely horrid. They didn’t even try…"

"Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The rooms are old and show lots of wear. The owner would be able to charge much higher rates if some love went into the guest rooms especially with the stellar employees that work there."
