The transfer was so easy and the office has been so accommodating to my needs! I really love it here! Thanks Bob for all that you do! You are appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed!!!"

"New management took over and nothing gets done. Maintenance is slow. I have a leaking sink, water everywhere. And the office never answers the phone and the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message."

"BEWARE!!!!! Poor management!! I was a resident at the TERRACE 202 location years ago also managed by LEGEND PROPERTY GROUP. All inclusive apartment in the city- cable, internet, electricity, water included. I started getting collection calls from Direct TV saying that I owe $126 for (come to find out) a missed bill from October 23 2018. (again haven't lived here for YEARS) Finally got a call back from management after two weeks, telling me they would "try" to call Direct TV. After over an hour going from separate collections agency that works for direct tv, back to direct tv billing- finally found out that The Property Management team at the apartment never cut off services after I moved out. APPARENTLY other residents have been using my account since the services were never cancelled and I am getting billed for a missed bill from October 2018-- AGAIN I have not lived here for YEARS! Now filed a dispute and ALSO have to file a fraud claim. BEWARE!!! *** Oh and the fraud department said that if they don't respond I will have to file an identity theft report and police charges against Legend Property Group."

"Ok experience living here. Pros All inclusive pricing; utilities such as internet and electricity are included in rent Cons Walls are too thin - I can hear roommate's conversations and cars passing down 21st street easily. Stairwell and elevator always smells of dog."

"Old Stone Row and the Staff are Wonderful Folk. Let and Old Disabled Man on fixed income enjoy 4.75 years of Extremely Nice Apartment Living in a Great Area of RVA. Accessible to almost anything within minutes. Small age degradation over years as expected but very well kept (No Pet Apts that is) and Common Area they try to keep up, but seems some residence cared not to pitch in and help some :-) {Over-all, Very Satisfied with my stay, hope I did not piss too many off}"
