"Both LT and Diana were extremely helpful and responsive whenever I needed to ask a question. They kept it real with me about both the property and the area. If they didn’t have an answer they would get back to me as soon as they could with no problems. I couldn’t ask for more from a property manager than what I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for apartments in manchester! Wanted to update because this needs to be shared. Maintenance is great, Tom and Jamal are like Shaq and Kobe in 2000 (if you know you know). They are very quick to respond and very friendly guys!"

The property manager LT was professional and real about everything when it came to apt info, expectations, and leasing requirements. Great guy. The maintenance team has been on point with fixing our minior issues and friendly. I definitely recommend living here."

"I’ve been a tenant at The Riviera on Semmes since 2021, and my experience with the Property Management and Facilities/Maintenance Services team has been positively consistent. I’m happy to report I haven’t had many issues with my apartment. However, the few times I had to submit a request, Todd and Jamal have addressed the problem with urgency and accuracy. They are both very professional. LT is always pleasant, professional and approachable. Not only has he made me feel comfortable about living in the city and adjusting to apartment living, he sincerely cares about the property and doesn’t tolerate any crazy shenanigans from people who live and/or visit here. Diana has been a great asset to the team as well. I’m relocating to the Hampton Roads area next month, and I will be living at another property you own. It’s truly bittersweet! The staff at Riviera on Semmes is phenomenal! I hope my great experience I’ve had with this Richmond property transfers to my new home."

"I have lived in my apartment for a year now and recently renewed my lease for yet another year. I love my little home! My building is quite, peaceful and I feel safe here! My property manager, LT Wilkerson, he is the most amazing person. He quickly responds to any questions and/or concerns that I may have; I appreciate him so much. Having a friendly and loyal property manager means everything! LT=Happy & Long-term tenants. The maintenance team is also amazing, I never have to wait for any maintenance requests; they're there to fix my problem the same day I put in my request. "I have been living at the Riviera for almost a month now and have no complaints. The apartment itself is updated and spacious and the price can’t be beat. The move in process was incredibly easy from application to move in day. Diana and LT have been so pleasant and helpful too, LT took time out of his day to help me move a huge furniture box into my apartment that I would have struggled with otherwise. One thing that is worth mentioning is that management is actually responsive, which can be hard to find in apartment living sometimes. If they don’t answer the phone right away, I always get a call back shortly after. If you’re on the fence with some of the older reviews that are lower, I would say give this complex a chance because management is great and the apartments are very nice for such a low all inclusive price."
