"I lived in the community for 11 years and I loved it. At the time when I moved in it was under different management but they were the best. I too was going through a hardship and I called everyday and finally they called it was a day before Thanksgiving in 2009, they told me to come and sign my lease and get my keys. That was the happiest day of my life, my daughter and I moved in and we were happy in the River South community. Now I want to come back and Jasmine and Shermise (sorry for the misspelling) were the best team and I went on on Wednesday and seen that Jasmine is still there. I hope they call me because I need and want to come back and start back over, I should have never left, but I thought the grass was greener on the other side. I hope they call me, the phone has been disconnected but I will be going in to see if there is an apartment available for me and my daughter and move into. My mother lives there and she loves it. Townes at River South is a good community."

"Hey don't rent from these people they are the worst ever there are rottens running around Rats , bedbugs , roaches they do the worst work to your apartment ever. The manager Jazmine and the assistant manager Felicia discuss everybody business with other tenants.They give parking passes to those that don't even have a car.They are so unfair.The apartments are not updated at all Don't be fooled by the outside just take a look inside.Peep this if you have bedbugs they pay for the first time but you pay after that .they charge you for the cheap blinds.And they also charge you for installation.The new assistant manager Felicia is the worst ever there . Ok How did she even get the job here after being fired for Fair field apartment s"
