"Mice and rats I called the rent office they did nothing about it until 4 months later but they never came into my house the treated outside my neighbors also hat rats too then when I moved they try to charge me all this extra cause I wanted to leave the rats"

"Third time living here only bc it was a last minute resort no more Too many disrespect children the place is trashy and working last at night come in no where to park no towing company people from all over parking freely in front of your door and I'm walking in the dark to my door which is so dangerous hope I don't have to renew"

"Rental office is always closed. Supposed to be based on income, soooo not true. If your'e looking to move here i wouldn't recommend. laundry center doesn't clean your clothes. every time it rains it floods in front of your door which ruins you and your kids shoes. maintenance never shows up. managers are different almost every 3 or 4 months. they will lock the doors to the office in the middle of the business day when they see you about to come in. i moved a few months ago, best decision I've ever made."

"ABORT MISSION. DO NOT APPLY HERE. DO NOT. They say it’s based on your income but they quickly raise your rent by 75-100 a month. they don’t have washer or dryer hook ups and the laundry center halfway works. Maintenance sucks they don’t fix anything. They are always changing managers about every two or three months. It’s not worth the money honestly. I’ve been here 5 years now and since the owner died it seems like the place is being run to the ground. Do not waste your money and your sanity. I’m moving ASAP. My rent went from 600 a month to 850 a month in 10 months and I don’t make that much money. Oh and you can’t make more than $1,300 a month before taxes or they say you make too much money and have to leave or cut back your hours . Smh. Just find somewhere else to call home."
