"The staff management team have very bad communication. They tells you different things every time you get there. I’m very disappointed on how they treat people."

"Extremely unorganized and communication is all over the place or non-existent. It's bad enough this is seen as the "norm" for income-based housing. You should not have to make multiple trips to the office for paperwork that has already been provided or "missing" after being told everything is good. The situation is already stressful enough and your eligiblity is based on how often you will allow yourself to be beat down. There needs to be a centralized method for these types of housing programs because alot of these owners are taking advantage and using the old school paperwork method is not going to work smoothly."

"Staff is not on top of they job for it to be remodeled it's still the same issues as the past nothing is resolved or ever do and a lot people try not to say it's issues because of wat they have going on in they home on a personal note pluse they more worried about fixing a gate vs the apartment it's self that gate won't and can't stop nothing but that's more important to them vs the ppl who lives out here"

"Need a new door and everytime I call someone all they do is tighten the damm lock (I can do that myself) door pops open by itself my 1yr old walks out the door because it’s not latched all the way but no one sees a problem with the door"

"For over a year I have tried to get front door fixed. I was told I need a new door because this door is too small. They claim they ordered a new door. No one came to measure door to order new door. I moved into this renovated apartment June 30, 2021. I told them about door a few days later. Maintenance came in. They stuck fiber on door frame to hide gap. Did not work. There is a safety issue in many levels. Gap in door is so large anyone can stick anything in door to open it. I have lizards and bugs I have never seen and rats and mice coming thru door constantly. I have called, emailed, sent photos. No one is doing anything."
