"They do not care anything about their tenants. My hot water went out contacted them the first maintenance man came in to check it and said i needed a new thermostat that he was going to the office to see if there were any there and be back and that he would let the office staff know . Well he never came back someone else did. The second maintenance guy did at least try to find a solution but it didn't work. The office sent me an email pretty much telling me I would be without hot water until the part came in. The owner said its not an emergency. This is poor business and I would never recommend anyone to move here not even just because of this issue there a several reasons."

"Amazing staff!!! I was looking for a new place, and even though I did not move here, they treated me with respect and kindness. Saved me a lot of time and were honest with me!!! Thanks!!!"

"I'm not a resident. In March, I originally came there to see and apply for a one bed/bath with a loft, but was told I didn't make enough. I filled out an inquiry sheet and they told me I would put me on a waiting list for when a one bed/bath came available. Months went by, but I never heard from them. Since they don't have a website, I would check Apartments.com and saw they had one coming available in August. So I emailed to see if I could apply for it and that I was put on the waiting list. She ignored that part completely, but told me I could come in apply. I came in the next day, saw the model apartment (the carpet was dirty) and applied the same day. First they said they would get response in five days, then they told me two days. I waited a week, but didn't hear from them, so I called to see about my application. I've talked to these people three times, and they come up with a new lie every time. First lie was that my application was sent off and they were still waiting to hear back. Second lie, they call me the next day and said they hadn't sent off my application because the date was wrong and they wanted to double check before they sent it off. The third lie, after like three weeks, I called to see about my application and no one answered, so I called back again. She finally picked up and said the office is backed up and she's called them three times about my application and hasn't heard anything. It's August and I still no exactly as much as I did last month: Nothing! Given these reviews, I'm just going to chalk it up as God is looking out for me. I gave up. They took my money and probably threw the application in the trash. I will say I know someone who lives there and she loves it, never had any problems with them. Her only complaint is she wants something bigger."

"If 0 was an option!! So much food wasted. The fridge was freezing my food & drinks while the freezer was thawing out my food. Maintenance is horrible & the rental office don’t ever answer the phones. That tells me they don’t care & just here to get a paycheck. The apartment was filthy. Had to clean before moving our things in. Nothing was painted & holes are in the walls from the previous tenant. Went to the rental office to complain & another tenant was there with the same complaint. No Dropbox for rent so had to travel out of the way to pay rent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody!! Never knew it was this unorganized over here. Can’t wait to move this weekend."

"There are soo many different models but I've been here for a while and so far I have not had any tough problems. I believe whomever lived here prior was a very clean person. Over the 8 years of my stay, whatever I needed fix, it was completed within reasonable time. However, the best management I've seen thus far is our current Property Manager as of 10/01/2020. I've seen a big difference and he seems to care about the resident's issues and concerns. The new property manager at Kings Point has been awesome with listening, understanding, communication, follow-ups and problem solving."
